If you're getting the error "Steam must be running to play this game" which means u did NOT do (step#4) correctly. U MUST copy the crack that u can find in the DVD2 image or DVD drive then u paste it into ur game LOCATION....Finally, you run the game WITHOUT steam :D (WORKS 100%)

Working , and thanks to uploader.. Winrar & Power iso need (Example programs) .. Crack find DVD 2 folder , Skidrow name , copy+paste , replace orginal shorcut and have a good gaming time :)

Game works perfectly on Windows 7 64 bit. I've had no problems at all. Steam protection has been completely removed. I have not tested the multiplayer, but the singleplayer is perfect.

I have a problem .. After download had finished, I installed the game as I should by extracting the content from DVD 1, mount the image and then install it. Duing the intallation, it wants me to insert the second disc - i mount the other image from DVD 2 and continue. After it has finished, i copy the content from DVD 2 - the image - to the destination but weird enough I dont have to overwrite anyting ?? And when I try to run it, absolutely nothing happends. I even try running is as administrator and in different combability modes, but nothing helps :(

legenwfidary.1st mount the iso image of dvd2 and then you will find the skidrow directory in the image drive .for the iso image you have to unrar dvd2.

I have got an alert from Avira Antivirus for Spy.Keylogger.dfe with the iw4sp.exe file of this game. I believe it's contaminated.

@vitamine if ur using the same iw4sp that came inside the rar of this game, then nothing is wrong with it (norton 360 didnt pick anything up for me), its probably just because the file is a crack that it tricked ur antivirus into thinking that its a key logger - since cracks function by modifying registry keys its nothing surprising. BUT!!! if u got the iw4sp from somewhere else then you should probably get rid of it and scan ur cpu before its too late.

Hope this is not a stupid question. The iso file from disc 1 folder is over 8gb large. How can this be burned to a 4.7gb dvd?? Disc 2 iso is only about 3.5gb which would be fine. Please somehone help!!

be careful guys, i just got an email from my isp that activision followed up my download and that i should delete it immediately. And that they have every right to take action. Great release, works fine. I've been playing on Tunngle and it's great playing with so many others. More people should use Tunngle. Google it and check it out.
